Privacy Policy

Arena Technologies Inc. ("주식회사 아레나테크놀로지스", the "Company") operates MemeTerminal (terminal.memepad.lol, the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how we process personal information under the Personal Information Protection Act of Korea and other applicable laws.

The Service is a web tool that shows Solana token markets and helps you trade directly from your own wallet. There is no sign-up or sign-in, and the Company does not hold or have access to your wallet private keys or funds.

2. Purposes of Processing

Connecting your wallet, reading balances, quoting and building token swaps
Confirming trade results and recovering pending trades
Recording trades that carry a platform fee, for settlement
Operating and securing the Service and responding to incidents
Website usage analytics (visits, wallet connections and first trades by acquisition channel)

The Company does not use advertising trackers and does not sell personal information.

3. Information We Process and How We Collect It

Public wallet address and transactions you sign: processed in your browser when you connect a wallet (browser wallets such as Phantom or Solflare) and trade.
Fee settlement records: when a swap that carries a platform fee settles, we store the transaction signature, public wallet address, token, and time on our server.
$MPAD trades: when a bonding-curve $MPAD trade settles, the transaction signature is sent to the Company's memepad server (memepad.lol) to update the chart.
Collected automatically: access records such as IP address, browser type, and access time
Website usage statistics (sent to our analytics tool PostHog): pages visited (wallet and token addresses masked), acquisition channel (UTM and first landing path), whether you connected a wallet or made a first trade, browser information, and a random per-browser identifier. Wallet addresses, transaction signatures, amounts, email addresses and IP addresses are not sent to the analytics tool.

We do not collect identity information such as your name, email, or phone number.

4. Retention Period

Wallet connection and pending trade records: stored only in your browser and deleted when you disconnect the wallet or clear browser storage.
Fee settlement records: kept without a fixed period for settlement and accounting
Access records (such as IP addresses): processed for the hosting processor's log retention period for security and abuse prevention, and kept for any longer period required by law.
Website usage statistics (PostHog): 1 year from collection

5. Destruction Procedure and Method

Procedure: personal information is destroyed without delay once its retention period ends or its purpose is achieved. Information that must be kept by law is stored separately and destroyed when that period ends.
Method: electronic files are deleted using technical methods that prevent recovery. We do not keep personal information on paper.
Transactions recorded on the Solana blockchain are public and permanent and cannot be destroyed.

7. International Transfers

As part of the entrustment in Section 6, personal information is transferred abroad over the network while you use the Service, as follows.

8. Cookies and Similar Technologies

We use a language cookie (NEXT_LOCALE) and browser storage (slippage setting, pending trade records, the last wallet type you connected) for Service functions.
For website usage analytics, PostHog stores a random identifier in your browser storage (localStorage). We do not use advertising cookies or trackers.
You can block or clear cookies and storage in your browser settings; your language and slippage settings may then not be kept.

9. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction, deletion, or suspension of processing of personal information we hold about you (such as fee settlement records) at any time by emailing contact@memepad.lol. We act without delay. You may also exercise these rights through a legal representative or an authorized agent. On-chain records cannot be deleted.

10. Security Measures

13. Age

The Service does not set a minimum age. Token trading carries a high risk of loss.

14. Changes to This Policy

If this Policy changes, we will post the revised version here with its effective date.
